This process involves removing or obscuring potentially identifying information volunteered within the transcript and permanently severing any links to session identifiers (like Session ID or IP address). The resulting anonymized data, which no longer identifies an individual, may be retained indefinitely for ongoing AI research and model improvement.

Other Data

Server logs and basic internet activity information are retained for a limited period necessary for security, analysis, and website operation before being deleted or aggregated.
